We love how Primal Pit Paste shows off their raving fans on a special section of their website. Get on the same sites as your customers. Being social and accessible is the best way to get honest feedback. Make your Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts easily accessible from your store so customers can reach out with comments and questions.
Follow up with buyers. Consider sending an email to customers after they make a purchase. Check out Bigcommerce app partner Yotpo to automate this process, which makes it easy for you but more importantly makes it easy for your customers. Remove as much friction as possible between your request and their ability to submit a review.
Ask the right questions. To do this, you need to know the type of answers you want before you start asking for them. What is your target audience interested in. What are their biggest concerns when making a purchase. What are pain points in your industry.

If you notice a glowing review on Yelp or a pretty tagged pic on Instagram, say thanks. Man Crates does a great job of following up and socializing their positive reviews.
You can also ask for permission to share their shoutout on your site or social media channels. Contact those who leave you negative reviews.
Try to respond to negative reviews, especially if you think the reviewer is justified in their complaint or other customers have complained about the same issue. Take this opportunity to learn from your clients and improve your business.
This is an effective way to market your business with a little help from your current customers. We shared some social contest ideas in our recent post on social promotions that can impact your bottom line, but keeping things simple is always a good idea.
Ask customers to add a hashtag on Instagram or post a quick note on your Facebook page. Lensbaby regularly runs Facebook contests asking fans to submit photos, like the heart bokeh image at the top of this post, that show off what their unique lenses can do.
Reward those who review. This can be a nice way to thank your customers, and it also adds a level of credibility to their review. Consider adding the source of the review, like Yelp, to encourage other customers to send in their own feedback. All of the tour buses picked us up and dropped us off right in front.
The tours were superb. All of them stop for breaks and food several times throughout and the guides were talkative and knowledgeable. The food in Iceland is the best, by the way.
I have nothing but great memories of this trip and recommend Nordic Visitor to my friends without hesitation. Overall, this has been one of the top vacation experiences in my life. I felt that Solveig and Nordic Visitor took excellent care of me and my granddaughter and made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. I could not have planned this so well.
The reliability of tour guides, the drivers being on time when they were expected, and having someone available at Nordic Visitor when I needed to make a change was reassuring and so valuable.Cadouri adolescenti 16 ani
We plan to call Nordic Visitor again within the next couple of years for a return trip. The map provided by Nordic Visitor was a fantastic resource.
Then, our booked excursions and points of interest along the way were marked in orange, with written details added at the side. This made it easy for use to reach our excursions at the right times and directed us to great places for homemade ice-cream, lobster dinner, and scenic delights.
I can't say enough good things about our experience with Nordic Visitor. They thought of everything beforehand--as a result, I had a stress-free, fun-filled vacation with no negative surprises. It was the perfect blend of independence, comforts through great accommodations in easy locations, and the help of getting to and from the airport was super.
Just enough to take away the hassles and give me time to enjoy the location and adventure. Would not change a single thing. Our guide Christina was very knowledgable of culture and history. Lots of old sagas. And we had non stop destinations of wonder Norway was simply spectacularly beautiful. Thank you for making our arrangements so easy. Sara was great to work with. The whole service was excellent. Kolbrun kept us informed beforehand of the arrangements she was making and answered our queries promptly and clearly.
All the timings and arrangements worked out with no complications leading to a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We had a great holiday and we were delighted with all the arrangements that Nordic Visitor made for us which all went to plan. We had never heard of Nordic Visitor before we booked but found them on the Internet when we were researching holidays to Iceland.
We particularly liked the opportunity to contact our consultant on a toll free number in advance to discuss our requirements.
The consultant was able to adapt the tour in the brochure to meet our needs and was very prompt in contacting us with a bespoke itinerary and a quote. We were very pleased with the documentation we received on arrival.
The map of Iceland and the itinerary were particularly useful, especially with suggestions for activities. We had said that we were interested in hiking and we were given ideas on potential areas to explore.
Thank goodness for the phone that was provided. We had no bad experiences. Wonderful staff at all locations. We totally enjoyed our trip. The map with all the details on it was so helpful. You have a great team. Keep doing the good job. Excellent documentation, all tours were of a very high standard, in particular the guides.
We particularly liked the attention to detail in providing us with glasses to watch the solar eclipse. A magical and unforgettable experience.
Another visit to Iceland is not out of the question. Fantastic tour would recommend to anyone. Great communication from the time I enquired to arriving at the airport and our guide Trausti was amazing really made it an enjoyable and memorable trip I will never forget. Hotel Choice was excellent, best hotel I have stayed in and the best breakfast as well.
They took you in a mini bus away from the weather into Finland to get good skies, provided warm weather gear, tripods, took you snow shoeing, took your photos with the lights on their camera and put them in a drop box for collection later along with a map of where you went and you got dinner as well.
Very good experience much better than going on an over crowded coach style tour. My travel consultant Sara was excellent and provided very good service. We felt taken care of the whole time we were in Iceland.
Cicci Erikson customized our trip exactly the way we wanted, every thing went smoothly, the employees at Kiruna tours were very friendly and cordial, I would recommend Nordic Visitor to my friends and will use them in the future. After reading many positive comments about Nordic Visitor I decided to book my Iceland Full Circle Winter Self-Drive tour through them and I was not disappointed. Excellent customer service that had every detail covered.
Mid-way on my trip my travel consultant, Larus, called me on the cell they had provided just to see how things were going and to make sure I was aware of the weather warning that had been issued.
I never had a minute's concern or disappointment in any of the arrangements. My wife and I tend to be pretty independent when it comes to travel but for our honeymoon (Iceland, December-January 2014-2015) we decided a little help would be a nice change of pace.
I'm really glad we wend with Nordic Visitor. Not only was our representative helpful and knowledgeable in the planning, he saved us a considerable amount of money on hotel and rental car rates. Having a phone (included with rental car packages) and a local advocate was especially handy when our car broke down 10 miles from the nearest town and more than an hour from Reykjavik. Overall, we love our trip and really appreciated working with Nordic Visitor.

Our betting tips and predictions anticipate a Burnley win. The Hornets have done exceptionally well on their travels with four wins in seven outings, but they face a Burnley side, who are difficult to beat in front of their fans.
Burnley recently lost 1-0 to Arsenal at Turf Moor, but they looked comfortable on the pitch barring the last-gasp penalty which cost them the match. Their home form is even better with four clean sheets and just three goals allowed in seven matches.
Nevertheless, they have struggled in the scoring department with just five goals. In contrast, Watford have scored at least two goals in all seven of their away trips with three clean sheets. However, with Watford in a contest, we expect an open encounter with at least three goals involved in their last five games on the road.
Our total goals prediction is to go with over 2. Goal odds and predictions: Over 2. The New Zealand international has been rather quiet of late with just one goal in five outings, but that happened to be the opener in the 2-1 win over Bournemouth last week.
Watford, though, are just behind their Lancashire counterparts with a three-point deficit.

The victory comes just a few days after an impressive 2-1 win over Tottenham at home. Leicester City were the hosts in the recent game against Newcastle and they were able to get a 1-0 win in the game.
Our betting tips and predictions anticipate a victory for Leicester City. Yet, this would not be our pick in the game. Even though Rafa Benitez and his team are at home, Leicester City are on a strong run of form. Craig Shakespeare has seen his team manage only one away victory in the season, but they have been unbeaten in the last five on the road.Techniki komunikacji pdf
Four of those matches have finished as a draw, but Leicester have been able to win the last four games against Newcastle.
